Winter Concert ~ Term 2 - 3

The Winter Concert, traditionally held on a Sunday afternoon in the middle of the year, is the main event of the year for the Strings Program.

 

Organised by the Parent Committee, it is the major strings fundraiser for the year, and a key opportunity for all our strings groups and students to perform.

 

Strings students are also encouraged to perform individually and / or in small groups.​

Festival of Instrumental Music @ Opera House ~ Term 3

​

The performance highlight of the year for selected Concert Strings members is when they join 200 other young strings players from public schools throughout NSW to form an amazing string orchestra at the Opera House.​

 

Places are limited and Mr Avila will select students based on ability, attendance, and behaviour.

BNPS Showcase Concert  ~  Term 4

​

The end of year concert showcases all the amazing Creative and Performing Arts groups at BNPS. As well as the String Ensembles, this concert is an opportunity to enjoy the Bands, Recorder Ensemble, Choirs, Dance Groups, and more!

Parents and students will be notified about opportunities as they arise through the school newsletter over the year.
